The Reserve at Lone Tree Hosts Inaugural Event offering a Glimpse into the Future of Senior Living December 19, 2023 Lone Tree, December 19, 2023 – The Reserve at Lone Tree, an Experience Senior Living (ESL) community recently celebrated a significant milestone by hosting its first event, providing future residents with an exclusive preview of the innovative luxury community set to open its doors in early 2025. The Reserve at Lone Tree will be the first of ESL’s innovative signature luxury brand to open. “The Reserve will break the mold of traditional senior housing communities, allowing residents, families and team members to experience luxury living together,” said Phill Barklow, ESL President. The event included the presence of several prospective residents, some of whom have already secured their spots through deposits, providing them the opportunity to be the first to select their luxury apartments. The gathering brought together future neighbors, allowing them to forge connections while indulging in exquisitely crafted dishes by ESL’s Executive Chef, Greg Sever. Attendees also had the pleasure of meeting the newly appointed Executive Director Barbara Davis and Director of Sales, Tyler Nitta. Situated in the vibrant RidgeGate community, The Reserve at Lone Tree comprises a nine-story building featuring 124 independent living units and a five-story building featuring 60 assisted living and 24 memory care units.
